Good Cigar Co Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes Good Cigar Company LLC, its affiliates’, and subsidiaries’ (collectively “Good Cigar”) practices regarding the collection, use, storage, sharing, and safeguarding of your information collected from any Good Cigar website (collectively, the “Site”).
Changes to this Privacy Policy
Good Cigar may make changes to this Privacy Policy. The most current version of the Privacy Policy will govern Good Cigar’s use of information about you and will be located at www.goodcigar.co/privacypolicy. If Good Cigar makes material changes to this Privacy Policy, Good Cigar will notify you by posting a notice on the Site and sending an email to the address Good Cigar has on file for you.
Categories of Personally Identifiable Information that Good Cigar Collects
Good Cigar may collect information that you provide to Good Cigar in connection with your use of the Site when you: (A) place an order for any Good Cigar products, including premium cigars (the “Products”) through or on the Site; (B) provide Good Cigar any personal, contact, or other information about you (whether on the Site, via email, or otherwise); (C) send email messages, forms, or other information to Good Cigar or other users through the Site; or (D) interact with the Site. This information may include your first and last name, your address, email address, telephone number, payment information and any additional information you provide to Good Cigar during the purchase process service, via email, or via the Site. If you place an order on the Site, Good Cigar may collect additional information such as your billing address, shipping address, date of birth, date of order, and payment information.
Good Cigar may also collect certain technical information about your use of the Site. This technical information may include technical information about your device(s), browser type and version, geo-location information, computer and connection information, statistics on page views, traffic to and from the Site, ad data, Wi-Fi connection information, IP address, and standard web log information.

Your information may also be disclosed to third parties in unforeseeable situations or situations that are not preventable even when commercially reasonably protections are employed, such as in the case that Good Cigar or the Site is subject to a hacking or other attack.
Do Not Track
You may be able to adjust your browser settings or other settings so that “do not track” requests are sent to the Site’s websites and mobile applications. Good Cigar will not disable tracking technology that may be active on the Site’s in response to any “do not track” requests that are sent to the Site.
Security
Good Cigar takes reasonable measures to protect the information you provide to Good Cigar or submit through the Site against loss, theft, unauthorized use, disclosure, or modification. However, Good Cigar cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to Good Cigar or submit through the Site and you do so at your own risk.
Accessing, Changing and Managing Your Information.
Retention of Your Information. We retain information about you for as long as it is necessary and relevant for Good Cigar’s operations. Good Cigar may retain information collected from you to comply with the law, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigation, and take other actions permitted by law or disclosed in this Privacy Policy.
Notice of Privacy Rights to California Residents. Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code permits California residents to request from a business, with whom the California resident has an established business relationship, information related to the personal information disclosed by Good Cigar to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of the third parties with whom the business has shared such information during the immediately preceding calendar year.
